Our Solar Trailers are complete off-grid energy systems on wheels—built in South Africa and engineered for Africa’s toughest sites. Each unit combines high-efficiency solar panels, smart MPPT charging, and deep-cycle LiFePO₄ (lithium) battery storage to supply clean, silent power day and night with no fuel required.
Choose roadworthy & licensed for public-road towing, or site-only for mines and closed campuses where licensing isn’t needed. Every trailer is custom-configured to your loads and runtime, and is export-ready with full cross-border documentation for delivery anywhere in Africa.

MWith the ability to be towed or positioned virtually anywhere, a solar trailer brings dependable electricity to remote locations.
Standard sizes available:
±2.5 m – 3.0 m (L) single-axle. Compact, easy to maneuver; light-duty loads (unbraked or optional braked).
±4.0 m (L) dual-axle. Mid-size, higher solar array and battery capacity; ideal for construction and Agri sites (braked).
±5.0 m – 6.0 m (L) heavy-duty dual-axle. Maximum generation & storage for mining, camps and multi-day events (braked).
Custom dimensions available on request. Power tiers are sized to your loads (typical ranges from 2–10 kW+ with 10–40 kWh storage).
- Power system: Deep-cycle LiFePO₄ (lithium) batteries, MPPT charge control, pure-sine inverter stacks; AC 220 V, DC rails & USB outputs.
- Solar array: fixed or fold-out panels (“wings”) to maximize harvest and autonomy.
- Mast options (optional): 3–10 m telescopic rotating mast (360°) for LED floodlight security and or Wi-Fi; fixed-base mast with hand-crank pulley extension, locking collars, and lockable 360° rotation.
- Hybrid / I/O: lockable DB board, external outlets, ATS/grid/generator input if contingency required.
- Chassis & mobility: galvanized frame, high-ground-clearance, off-road suspension, stabilizer jacks, anti-theft locks.
- Protection & security: weather-sealed equipment bays, vibration-damped mounts, tamper-resistant enclosures.
- Branding & finish: corporate wraps, asset tags, custom colours and signage.
- Compliance & export: electrical CoC, roadworthy (if specified), export paperwork for Africa-wide delivery.
- Road use options: roadworthy & licensed in client’s name, or site-only for mines/compounds where licensing is not required.

Do you export?
Yes. We deliver trailers anywhere in South Africa and export throughout Africa. We have all the necessary export permits and can assist with cross-border delivery to your site. Please contact us to discuss your location and requirements.
